My name is Karen and I am your Energy Medicine Practitioner.

I am dedicated to helping you find peace and tranquility in your life through energy medicine with person-centered therapy techniques. I chose this field because of my passion for helping people activate their self-healing capacities and come back to who you really are.

My approach is unique in that I care deeply about my clients needs. I respect their personal boundaries with care and compassion, while pushing them to examine their current life situation. This is intended to allow for deep reflection, which brings a release of spirit in a non-invasive way. The best part of working with energy is the ability to see immediate results in the energetic field and a release in emotions after being deeply heard. We will work in a holistic manner to improve all aspects of your life and make minor changes for major impact.

I empower people to speak freely and explore new possibilities by releasing old patterns and beliefs. This improves self confidence, belief in oneself and the future, and connections of the body and mind. You can let go of the fear and issues that have been holding you back, and welcome in a new era. I am here to unlock this ability in you and guide you in this new life metamorphosis.
